This royal throne of kings, this sceptred isle,
This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,
This other Eden, demi-paradise,
This fortress built by Nature for herself
Against infection and the hand of war,
This happy breed of men, this little world,
This precious stone set in the silver sea,
Which serves it in the office of a wall
Or as a moat defensive to a house,
Against the envy of less happier lands,–
This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England.
William Shakespeare,(1564 – 1616)
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland consists of nearly 6000 islands which make up the British Isles.
Only a few of these islands are inhabited. The largest is Great Britain, the second largest is Ireland and is divided between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland which is part of the UK.

The other larger inhabited Islands are, the Isle of Wight, Isle of man, Angelsey, several groups off the coast of Scotland, the Scilly isles off the coast of Cornwall and the channel Islands off the coast of France.
I travel around England and the UK sourcing British made goods for my clients.
I have discovered so much about what this wonderful country has to offer and want to share it with you.
Explore England and the UK with me and I hope you find something you like too.

Our country
The UK is one of the worlds top travel destinations offering much more than the cultural hot-spots of London, the Edinburgh Fringe and Shakespeare country.
This is a beautiful country full of changing landscapes and shorelines. A land steeped in history which has had more effect on the development of our world than any other.

All held together with the old-world charm and eccentricity of middle England. Some of us still take afternoon tea on the lawn, live in thatched cottages, chase rolling cheeses down hillsides and dance around with bells on our socks.
